Our Manufacturing ProcessWe
are empowered with ultra modern machines and equipments to
execute every task efficiently. Our unit is loaded with the latest ginning
and pressing units that have a production capacity of around 2500 bales
per day. The following is the brief description of our production
process: - Sourcing of cotton from farmers (we procure our cotton from 85,000 farmers)
- Picking of contaminated portions from these bulks
- Hipping of cotton
- Picking of contamination again
- Pre cleaning
- Ginning
- Post cleaning of lint
- Picking of contamination
- Pressing
- Packing of cotton.
